What: Join Boston Chef Joanne Chang and restaurateur Christopher Myers as they discuss how they grew Flour from one small storefront to four bustling locations, a commissary facility, three cookbooks and new locations on the way. In addition they will talk about how their restaurant Myers+Chang is going through a similar lifecycle with a new book in the works, a partnership with their chef, and a possible new restaurant. They will discuss the reasons for expansion, the pitfalls, staffing changes, distribution of products, how your role in a business changes as you grow. Come ready to take part in an engaging back and forth discussion with them about what challenges and concerns you have about your business.
