- 1 lb fresh Ahi, cut into 3/4 inch dice (Grade A Ahi)

- 1 teaspoon Hawaiian salt

- 3/4 cup limu kohu ( this is one of the most famous Hawaiian sea weeds grown on

- Kauai, Hawaii Island Kohala, South point, and Oahu at Laie point. It is also grown

- along the Leeward coast

- 2 minced Hawaiian Bird peppers (optional)

- 2 Tablespoons Inamona (roasted candle nut)
Methods:
Mix salt with ahi and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients except the bird peppers (Hawaiian peppers). Secret: Serve very, very COLD.
