Ingredients:
1 lb fresh Ahi, cut into 3/4 inch dice (Grade A Ahi)
1 teaspoon Hawaiian salt
3/4 cup limu kohu ( this is one of the most famous Hawaiian sea weeds grown on
Kauai, Hawaii Island Kohala, South point, and Oahu at Laie point. It is also grown
along the Leeward coast
2 minced Hawaiian Bird peppers (optional)
2 Tablespoons Inamona (roasted candle nut)
Methods:
Mix salt with ahi and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients except the bird peppers (Hawaiian peppers). Secret: Serve very, very COLD.
