Join the Hawaii Culinary Education Foundation for the 10th Indian Dinner as Chef Vikram Garg explores Masala Maya or the Magic of Spices on Sunday, Aug. 2, 2026, 6 p.m. Dinner proceeds will benefit HCEF.
The dinner will take place at UMI by Chef Vikram Garg located in the Halepuna Hotel, 2233 Helumoa Road, Honolulu.
Celebrate the rich aromas and spices that define Indian cooking as Chef Garg showcases his culinary heritage. Each dish will be a work of art, meticulously crafted with authentic ingredients and traditional techniques. The dinner will be an opportunity to enjoy fine Indian cuisine and carefully selected wines.
Tickets for the dinner are $350 inclusive or $3,500 for a table of ten.
