The dinner promises to tantalize taste buds and transport guests to the gourmet world of the royals of Patiala.
Celebrate the rich aromas and spices that define Indian cooking as Chef Garg showcases his father’s heritage city Patiala located in (Northwestern India) Punjab. Each dish will be a work of art, meticulously crafted with authentic ingredients and traditional techniques. The Dinner will be an opportunity to enjoy fine Indian cuisine with wines selected by Master Sommelier Patrick Okubo and donated by RNDC Hawaii
