Ingredients
- 1 rib celery, fine dice
- 2 green onions, root removed, thinly sliced, white and green
- 1 small shallot, fine dice
- 1 serrano, deseeded and fine dice
- ¼ cup chopped celery leaves (Italian parsley may be substituted)
- ¼ cup distilled vinegar
- 6 Tbsp blended oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Method
- Mix ingredients together in a small bowl.
