Sisig

Ingredients

  • 1 rib celery, fine dice
  • 2 green onions, root removed, thinly sliced, white and green
  • 1 small shallot, fine dice
  • 1 serrano, deseeded and fine dice
  • ¼ cup chopped celery leaves (Italian parsley may be substituted)
  • ¼ cup distilled vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp blended oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Method

  • Mix ingredients together in a small bowl.
