Ingredients

| 3 | Oz | Tomato Paste or Tomato Sauce |
| 1 | Pound Each | Shrimp and Chicken (Thigh Meat) |
| 1 | Each | Sazon |
| 1 | Tbsp | Chicken Base |
| 8 | Oz | Water |
| 2 | Tbsp | Cilantro |
| 2 | Tbsp | Culantro |
Method:
- In a saucepan, add the oil and when hot add sofrito, keep cooking for a few minutes
- Add tomato paste and cook for a minute
- Add the already seasoned protein (season with salt)
- Once almost cooked add the rest of the ingredients and cook on low heat
- Amount of water depends on the protein
- Season with salt if necessary
