Ingredients
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1/2 cup sliced unpeeled ginger
- 2 tbsp grapeseed or vegetable oil
Method

Clean wok

Wash inside and outside with hot water and dish soap.

Rinse thoroughly.

Dry

Heat wok on low heat for 1–2 minutes until completely dry.

Season

Heat wok over high heat.

Add oil, scallions, and ginger.

Reduce to medium heat and stir-fry 15–20 minutes.

Finish
-
Remove mixture and discard.

Wash with hot water and sponge.

Dry again on burner.

Result
-
Wok is seasoned and ready for cooking.
