Yield: 2 pints
Standard serving size = 1 tablespoon
Conference serving size = 1 teaspoon
Ingredients:
- Lime Juice 800 g
- Jalapeno, grated 24 g
- Ginger, grated 40 g
- Garlic, grated 2 g (1 each)
- Salt 12 g
- Black Pepper 3 g
- Tabasco 5 dashes
- Grape Seed Oil 250 g
Method:
- In a mixing bowl: combine lime juice, jalapeno, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper and tabasco. Stir well.
- Slowly stream in grape seed oil to incorporate.
- Store in pints.
