Ingredients
- ¼ cup minced shallots
- ¼ cup minced garlic
- ¼ cup minced ginger
- ¼ cup chili oil
- ¼ cup canola oil
- 3 oz tamari
- 3 oz sushi su
- ¼ cup black vinegar
- TT sugar
- TT salt
Method:
Add all minced ingredients in deep mixing bowl and set aside.
In a pot heat canola oil till smoking pour over minced ingredients stir and let cool.
Strain out oil and reserve for cooking.
Add in remainder of ingredients mix well adjust seasoning as needed and reserve.
