Dorie Greenspan is a New York Times bestselling and five-time James Beard Award-winning author. In addition to books of her own recipes, she’s written cookbooks with Julia Child (Baking with Julia), the chef Daniel Boulud (The Café Boulud Cookbook) and the legendary Parisian pastry chef, Pierre Hermé (Desserts by Pierre Hermé). She’s the author of books about home cooking both in America and in France, where she’s lived part-time for 30 years and was awarded the nation’s Mérite d’Agricole for her writing about the country. But she is best known for her baking books. Her latest book, Dorie’s Anytime Cakes, her fifteenth cookbook, was published last October.
