She’s the author of books about home cooking both in America and in France\, where she’s lived part-time for 30 years and was awarded the nation’s Mérite d’Agricole for her writing about the country. But she is best known for her baking books. Her latest book\, Dorie’s Anytime Cakes\, her fifteenth cookbook\, was published last October.
