Chef Vikram GargNov. 28, 2018 (HONOLULU)–Chef Vikram Garg will cook the food of his homeland on Sunday, Jan. 20, 6 p.m. at The Kahala Hotel and Resort in a unique dinner experience benefiting the Hawaii Culinary Education Foundation.

The Indian feast will be served family-style spotlighting the regional ingredients and flavors of this vast country. Garg will be hosted by The Kahala Executive Chef Wayne Hirabayashi.

The state’s six community college culinary programs as well as high school programs benefit from HCEF’s presentations. Proceeds from the event will fund future events for students as well as professionals in the culinary field.
